Location: Nashville, TN
Adaptive re-use that included the complete interior renovation of a 42,000 square foot campus library building. The extensive renovation and restoration included hazardous material abatement, new MEP and Fire Protection Systems, demolition of all existing finishes and systems. The completed building was adapted into a new campus laboratory building that includes classrooms, labs, and administrative spaces.
